Terrateck Paperpot Transplanter

A single person can transplant 264 seedlings in minutes! Paper Chain Pots are linked in a chain which feeds through the transplanter. Pull down the bed and seedlings are automatically planted at 2″, 4″, or 6″ spacing (depending on your desired spacing). Then, adjustable sweeps pull soil around the transplants, and packing wheels press them firmly in place. Honeycomb tray configuration fits 264 plants. Paper Chain Pots come compressed; use spreader bars to open and fit on frame. All sold separately. Hand seeding is successful, but seeders are available for seeding entire flats at once. NOTES: 1) The Paper Chain Pots used with the Paperpot Transplanter are currently under review by the National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) and National Organic Program (NOP), pending approval. Please check with your local organic certifier for appropriate updates on the NOP review process. 2) Seedling Trays, Spreader Bars and Frame, and one size of Paper Chain Pots are required for use.
