Early yellow, intermediate-day Spanish type with disease resistance.
Attractive, jumbo to colossal bulbs are globe to slightly grano-shaped. Very good skin retention for type. Scout has mild to slightly pungent flavor and stores approx. 3-4 months. Replaced Great Western. Adaptation: 32–46° latitude.
