Intricately lobed dark green and maroon leaves.
Fine, deeply incised leaves. The color ranges from dark green with red veins to dark maroon, with the maroon color darker when grown without row cover and in cooler weather. The flavor is mild and slightly pungent. USDA Certified Organic.

| CULTURE | Brassicas prefer soil with a pH of 6–7.5 and can be grown all season in the field. Most varieties are hardy enough to grow in cool greenhouses and high tunnels during winter from late summer and early fall sowings. |
